Without question, Ron's Tree Service, owned and operated by Dave McAllister and son Dave, were excellent starting with Dave the son ( dad was out of town on business) coming out to the house within an hour to look over the threatening tree. I was given a fair number along with assurances that the stockade fencing and landscape would be as it was when they finished. Their equipment which included everything they needed would need to be brought into the yard. They were prompt, professional and very efficient. We have had them at our home in Orange removing very large old growth trees several times that were either damaged or dying (one topped out at 90 feet). They always take care to protect the surrounding work area and your home. Today they are taking down a 60 year old tree that the Emerald Ash Borers finally did in. IF you are only looking for a bargain then don't call this service - But if you expect a fair day's work for a fair price, with excellent results, then call them immediately.
